General Policies

1. BarBIO is not responsible for the accuracy of data found on the site. All information about establishments (including descriptions, menus, specials, calendars, and coupons) are provided by, and maintained by a subscriber on behalf of each business. Please let the business know if you are finding inaccurate information. If a particular business is consistantly providing inacurate information, please let BarBIO know and we will contact the maintaining subscriber.
2. BarBIO allows site members to add free listings for their favorite bars, restaurants, and clubs. To prevent duplicate entries, and abuse, BarBIO reserves the right to delete entries and restrict access to these features.
3. BarBIO allows site members to add comments about businesses they find listed. BarBIO reserves the right to remove comments at any time. This will be used primarily to prevent display of graphic and inappropriate language. If you have found an entry you find offensive, please let BarBIO know.

Subscription Policies

1. Payment for subscriptions will be paid in advance on the 1st of each month.
2. A minimum of one full month of service will be charges at the time of signup. Any partial month of service may be prorated later in the contract.
3. There is a minimum of three (3) months required on any service contract. Plans that pay monthly will be charged for a minimum of 3 months.
4. Subscriptions cancelled during the month will not receive a refund for the remainder of the month. The account will remain active until the last day of the month the cancellation was requested.
5. BarBIO reserves the right to reject logos, images, pictures, etc. submitted by subscribers for display on the site. This is to primarily to prevent the display of material that is inappropriate.
6. BarBIO reserves the right to alter logos, images, pictures, etc. submitted by subscribers for display on the site. Alterations will be done primarily to improve download performance of the material by altering the file size.
7. BarBIO reserves the right to change the listing status of accounts for non-payment. This may prevent users of the site from searching for or accessing menus, calendars, or coupons.
8. At its discretion, BarBIO reserves the right to restrict administrative access to features for any or all users of a subscription without prior notification.
9. BarBIO will save all subscription level detail for a minimum of 3 months after the completion of a subscription contract. This will prevent having to re-enter all information should a business choose to renew their subscription. After 3 months, BarBIO reserves the right to delete all subscription level infomation, including descriptions, menus, calendars, couopns, and email groups.
